Job Summary

As a Team Co-ordinator you will provide administrative and organisational support to a team of Investigators and assist in coordinating corporate activity. You will report to an Assessment Manager or an Assistant Ombudsman.

Job Description

You will provide administrative and organisational support to a team of Investigators and assist in co-ordinating corporate activity. Your role will be varied and includes regular contact with internal and external stakeholders . You will also have the opportunity to be involved in our casework. This will involve making decisions on whether organisations we investigate have had an opportunity to respond to complaints. You will also play a vital role in ensuring that organisations deliver on the recommendations we make, ensuring that the people who use our service receive remedies for injustice, and that lessons are learned to improve the way services are run.
