We are seeking to appoint an innovative Teaching Assistant to support students in school. You will be skilled at engaging and motivating students who find learning and communicating a challenge, in the classroom as well as during intervention groups.

- Enthusiastic and committed to the learning needs of all young people.
- Good at building relationships with young people and other adults.
- Qualified at least to level 2 (grade C/4 or above at GCSE) in English and Maths.
- Able to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptable, flexible, proactive and relentlessly optimistic.
- A friendly and supportive working environment.
