Rikama Education are working with a primary school in Deal who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. You will be covering the current 1:1 Teaching Assistant who is on long term sick leave.
Your role as a Teaching Asstant will be to:

Your role as a Teaching Asstant will be to:
- Provide 1:1 support for a Hearing Impaired pupil with additional learning needs in Year 1
- Differentiate the work set by the class teacher
- Liaise with parents/carer, class teacher and SENCO
- Monitor the pupils progress and development
The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT as part of the extended team.
