TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER - RETAIL | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for a fabulous Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team and play a key role in hiring exceptional talent into the business for our retail stores.

You’ll partner with key stakeholders to continue to attract and hire amazing talent across all sourcing methods while also improving our current processes with a 5* candidate experience in mind.

What You’ll Do

  • Effectively manage the recruitment cycle for our vacancies for your retail areas, whilst working towards individual and team KPIs, ensuring they are met weekly and monthly.
  • Consistently drive talent attraction via Social Media platforms, Cornerstone, Job Boards, LinkedIn, networking events and any other channels that are useful for our retail recruitment.
  • Partner with hiring managers, holding briefing calls for roles, providing market insights and timelines to ensure the recruitment process, SLA’s and candidate experience are being kept priority.
  • Influence hiring managers on hard to fill roles, and candidate recommendations, referencing and taking into consideration market trends.
  • Ensure weekly & monthly reporting is up to date and that our ATS (Cornerstone) is always up to date.
  • Ensure all right to work checks and hiring compliance is accurate and complete before processing offers.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and other members of the Talent team to continuously improve processes across Retail recruitment.
  • Play a key part in completing our Christmas recruitment, ensuring we are maintaining candidate experience and recruitment processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar high-volume role within Talent Acquisition (ideally in-house).
  • Think outside the box – You’ll attract candidates from a variety of sources and stay on top of where our candidates are.
  • Fast paced work excites you, you might have even worked in retail previously.
  • Experience of working with data systems or ATS systems
  • UK driving licence as some travelling is required
  • Experience improving processes with DEI at the forefront
