We’re seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Manager to lead and optimize its global recruiting operations. This role involves managing a team across London, Bangalore, and Singapore, while driving strategic initiatives to enhance the recruiting process and systems. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a bias for action, a passion for talent acquisition, and a track record of driving impactful results. Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership & Team Development: Manage, mentor, and grow a global TA Operations team.
- Process Optimization: Design and refine recruiting workflows, from headcount planning to onboarding.
- Systems Management: Optimize Workday Recruiting and other ATS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and usability.
- Data-Driven Insights: Develop dashboards, ensure data integrity, and leverage metrics to inform decisions and improve recruiting performance.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage third-party TA vendors and collaborate with Legal, HR Ops, IT, and HRIS teams.
- Global Consistency: Ensure standardized processes across all regions.
- Content Management: Maintain clear and accessible TA content on internal platforms.
- Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Lead additional talent-related projects as needed.
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, with a proven ability to design, scale, and optimize systems.
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Workday and Eightfold preferred) and implementing recruiting technologies.
- Experience managing a global team.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional project management skills, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written communication and a commitment to efficiency and accuracy.
