- The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is an exceptionally experienced professional responsible for proactively anticipating and identifying staffing needs.
- Will develop effective and targeted strategies and influencing decision-makers while leading employment branding initiatives to attract, identify and acquire diverse and skilled top talent.
- Is responsible for designing and implementing efficient recruiting processes, managing open requisitions and recruitment cycles and partnering with hiring managers.
- Work to ensure inclusive and effective hiring practices are met, and develop a robust interviewing strategy.
