About The Role
This is a cross-disciplinary engineering position with a focus on system-level engineering, hardware/electrical and electronics design, and project execution. You will solve complex problems, work on bespoke systems, and own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hardware or systems engineering, with proven experience in analogue/digital electronics and electrical design. You must have a strong understanding of the full engineering lifecycle (V-model, EVM, etc.) and be able to manage projects. Strong communication and documentation skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing technical leadership to junior engineers and technicians.
- Conducting hardware/electrical and electronics design, including schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout review.
- Integrating COTS(Commercial Off-The-Shelf) instruments.
- Managing projects and collaborating with customers and internal teams.
- Developing, documenting, and testing complex systems.
