Support Worker - Mental Health (Maternity Cover)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £25,027.20 per annum

Contract: Maternity cover until September 2026

Based at: Dawn Centre, Colwyn Bay

Role Purpose

To provide a floating support service for individuals experiencing domestic abuse, substance use, mental health or housing related issues. Providing support that enables service users to live independently and feel safe and secure with the long-term aim of them living substance free and independently in their own homes. Working with service users in areas such as employment, training, education, debt management and daily living skills to promote wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle.
