We are looking for a an experienced and passionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our Plymouth Support Service.

FTC until 16/11/2026 - Working Hours Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00.

We have a really exciting opportunity across Plymouth supporting individuals to lead a better life. The team will essentially look at creatively finding new ways to introduce individuals to new hobbies and social network whilst supporting practical needs. The support workers will be able to work in a unique way and participate in activities with those we are supporting. The service will promote independence whilst focusing on softer outcomes.

The Support worker role is supporting clients via 1:1 support within the community. The support worker will develop a support plan with the individual in receipt of the service and support the identified goals.
