Day-to-day, You’ll
- Work alongside individuals with learning disabilities to achieve personal goals
- Promote inclusion, dignity, and choice
- Provide respectful, person-centred support
- Empower people to live independently and be active in their communities
- Depending on an individual needs you may be required amongst other things to provide personal care, support with medication, maintaining household tasks and manage a tenancy
As a Support Worker, you should
- Be a great listener with a caring and supportive attitude.
- Want to make a difference every day.
- Focused on the individual and not the routine.
- Be warm and friendly and have a natural caring nature, great sense of humour and a positive energy that brings a smile to people’s faces.
- Be energetic and ready to support our customers on their adventures.
- 22 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
