We're currently recruiting for full-time and part-time Support Workers in Southport to support vulnerable adults in our established supported living service. In this service, we support individuals with a range of different support needs, including learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities and you will provide any support they require to live as independently as possible.
You will be supporting some individuals with behaviour that challenges, so some previous experience with this would be highly desirable.
Day To Day Support Can Include Supporting With
We are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time roles.
Candidates with a UK driving license who can drive both manual and automatic vehicles would be preferred.
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience. - Personal care and moving and positioning
- Medication administration
- Cooking, cleaning, shopping and other household tasks
- Social support and going to different activities (this can be anything from volunteering, to shopping, to going on holiday, going for lunch or just going out for a walk!)
