Summary
Join Our Team of Difference Makers in Ammanford! Support Worker Opportunities – Make Every Day Matter Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you believe in empowering others to live independently and with dignity? If so, we’d love to welcome you to our dedicated Supported Living team in Ammanford. We’re currently recruiting for: 2 x Permanent part-time roles (20 hours) Shift Patterns: Our service runs 24/7, so flexibility is key. You’ll work a rolling rota that includes days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts (day shifts typically run between 7am–11pm, with sleep-ins paid additionally). Important Requirements: A full UK manual driving licence is essential. Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support [and current legal guidance], this role is only open to applicants who are biologically female.

We follow a “do with, not do for” approach—because we believe in empowering people, not doing things for them.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting with medication, cooking, and household tasks
- Helping with personal care where needed
- Encouraging community involvement and hobbies
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting budgeting and admin tasks
- Driving individuals to activities and appointments
- Keeping clear and accurate records
- Bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team
Experience is great—but not essential. What matters most is your:

Pay & Perks
- £12.75/hour (FTE £24,531)
- Sleep-in rate: £62.64
- 26 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays
