Shifts: Days and Nights | Full-time & Part-time Available
Setting: Supported Living - Adults with Learning Disabilities
Are you an experienced Support Worker passionate about making a difference in people’s lives?
We’re recruiting for day and night support staff to join a caring and professional team at a supported living service in Woking, working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
About the Role:
You’ll be supporting individuals with their daily routines, personal care, and independent living skills while promoting dignity, respect, and choice. The role involves working as part of a team in a warm and person-centred environment, enabling residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred care and emotional support
Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and activities
Support residents with personal care, where required
Help individuals access the community and pursue their interests
Ensure safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding practices are maintained
Accurately document care and progress reports
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role
A calm, caring and resilient nature
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights
Up-to-date Mandatory Training (or willingness to complete)
A genuine interest in supporting individuals with learning disabilities
