About The Role

Oxclose Lodge is a vibrant residential care bungalow in Nottingham, supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and associated sensory needs to live their best lives! At Oxclose Lodge, no two days are the same - you could be reconnecting with nature at Arnold Park with Ciara, picking out the prettiest flowers with Chris at the garden centre to plant at home, or going to the theatre and singing along to a musical with Stacey! No matter what you get up, you'll always be making fun memories with the people you support.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
• Activity Planning: Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
• Health and Lifestyle: Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
• Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
