Support Worker

Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities
• Maintaining accurate and up to date documentation of client interactions and progression
• Monitoring and reporting any changes to clients' behaviour or health conditions
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social outings
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Daily tasks will often include personal care
