Supporting service users with learning disabilities in their home based in Clitheroe with great access to public transport links. We require a support workers who are resourceful in researching what goes on in their local area and have the energy able to keep up with them and their active lifestyles.

To take on the rewards of this role you will need to be energetic, committed, a good team worker and enthusiastic with strong communication skills, to support our active and social clients as they take part in local community activities and events. These activities range from swimming, going the gym and taking long walks whilst bringing a sense of fun and humour to these interests and new daily living challenges that our service users undertake, to support them to live rich and rewarding lifestyles.

We welcome applications from experienced carers through to those who are looking to begin a new career in this sector. Due to the support needs of our clients the working hours of our service is flexible, including some evening and weekend work. This is a part time role, up to 22.5 hours per week for which car drivers are desirable.

Creative Support cares about providing personalised support to individuals with a variety of disabilities. It is through the care we provide that we aim to support and encourage service users to live independent and fulfilling lives, it is this aim that drives everything we do and we need like minded, caring individuals to help us achieve this goal.
