The Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll provide technical support to global clients while maintaining and improving a modern IT infrastructure built on emerging technologies like Cloud, RPA, and AI. You’ll work remotely with colleagues across regions, ensuring smooth operations, minimal downtime, and top-tier service delivery.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1st-line and 2nd-line IT support via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and AV issues across enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams and external vendors to resolve complex incidents.
  • Maintain systems performance and resilience through backup, recovery, and security practices.
  • Monitor and implement emerging tech improvements (Cloud, automation, and collaboration tools).
  • Manage multiple tickets in line with SLAs while delivering an excellent client experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process and technology upgrades.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven background in IT support or engineering within enterprise or MSP settings.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills – able to simplify the complex for any audience.
  • Experience supporting hardware, networking, or AV technologies (Microsoft, Cisco, QSC, etc.).
  • Passion for learning and developing across Cloud, AI, and automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working across time zones and rotating shifts.


Nice to have:

  • Degree or certifications in IT (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL).
  • Experience with collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Crestron, Biamp).
  • Familiarity with WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, or network security solutions.
