We are looking for a Support Administrator to work within our projects team based in Tiverton, Devon.
A JOB THAT MATTERS : YOUR TASKS
The role will deal with the administration requirements for our projects, creating documents, coordinating materials and producing invoices. The role also involves liaising with the project managers, different departments and external stakeholders,. All to ensure our projects are delivered on time, to plan and to budget.
In short you will be the person that “makes it happen”, helping our business deliver on our promises.
The role takes on many responsibilities and each day is different and has its own challenges. Often where you will need to “think on your feet” to achieve something. On many occasions you will need to influence others to complete your tasks, so a confident and pragmatic nature is essential, as well as taking ownership on everything you do. The key to success in this role is to have attention to detail, be highly organised, and love to collaborate with others. EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS : YOUR SKILLS
- You will be able to demonstrate from your previous work history that you have excellent administration, organisation, and verbal & written communication skills.
- A confident manner with the ability to collaborate with others and proven attention to detail is also required.
- You are comfortable with MS Office suite products with the ability to learn other IT based systems (experience with CRM or ERP systems, SAP, Lotus notes or Microsoft dynamics is a distinct advantage but not essential as training can be given)
