Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to mixed-age groups, ensuring all students make progress.
• Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and abilities.

• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a focus on learning.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure students’ academic and personal development.

Qualifications And Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to teach across a variety of subjects and year groups.
• A flexible, proactive approach to teaching and supporting students.
• Excellent communication skills.
