Supply Teacher Responsibilities

Supply Teacher Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons across various subjects.
- No planning initially, ongoing assessment and marking
- Maintain an organised and professional classroom with all associated resources.
- Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school.
- Ensure compliance with the school's policies and their reliable implementation.
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification for teaching in secondary education.
- Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a Supply Teacher/teaching in a secondary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
- Good level of classroom and behaviour management.
