WHAT WE'LL NEED

The Supply Chain Manager (SCM) is a key member of the EMEA team, delivering both growth through new market entry and strengthening and building supply-chains in mature markets. This will require building strong relationships both in the supplier base and with Brand Partners and an agile thinker to ensure the most complex supply-chains are delivered, in what can be at a rapid pace. This role will be remote in the region with travel across the EMEA markets and supplier base.

  • Responsible for supply-chain activities across category and supplier management on food and non-food.
  • To include strategic sourcing, category development, risk management whilst creating opportunities across the EMEA region.
  • Build market intelligence capabilities within your categories, Proactively analyze market trends and elaborate strategies to rapidly adapt.
  • Proactively analyze market trends and elaborate strategies to rapidly adapt to changes and Brand Partner needs.
  • Leverage supplier intelligence, monitor market fundamentals of supply/demand factors & technical analysis to adjust or renew material pricing to maintain financial reporting integrity.
  • Work with Wingstop subject matter experts and internal customers to gather and assess business requirements and contribute to the development of category implementation plans.
  • Supporting Brand Partners (franchisees) on COGS, product improvement, and service KPI’s
  • Stakeholder Management across EMEA and Globally, influencing & collaborating with brand partners and internal departments to deliver and set the WRI standards. Strong communicator is essential.
  • Supporting NME across EMEA regions, requiring strategic thinking with an agile approach. Working closely with markets and other Supply Chain Managers overseas to maintain a vigorous and in-depth understanding of regional and global opportunities, across categories. Applying industry knowledge to new markets based on barriers and opportunities to trade.
  • Analyze, report and deliver recommendations, with the ability to view from both a brand partner, multi-market and best in class procurement solution (holistic and functional).
  • Handles simultaneous projects in different markets and time zones in an agile way to drive benefits to our Business Partners.
  • Brings a “can-do” attitude and impassioned spirit to drive our exciting growth plans.
  • Ability to think strategically but a highly diligent personality passionate about the detail.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Degree level
  • At least 5-8 years experience in a Supply Chain/Food or Restaurant Related Buying/ Procurement role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT
  • Ideally experience in Restaurant/Food and Franchising
