Who we are looking for:

Join Atkore as a Supply Chain Manager and play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering our products to customers.

What you will do:

  • Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws, and regulations
  • Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitoring, and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practices
  • Analysing the supply chain data and solving any issues or putting alternative plans in place
  • Identifying and minimising risk by predicting the demand for products ensuring no disruption to supply
  • Managing purchasing, production planning, inventory, picking, warehousing, and distribution
  • Monitor and motivate staff
  • Ensure targets are met
  • Build a close relationship with suppliers
  • Ensure you're aware of exactly what is happening throughout the supply chain


What you bring:

  • Minimum of Five years’ experience within Supply Chain Management
  • Team management experience
  • Strong planning skills and project management expertise
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
  • Strategic planning and thinking, systems analysis and evaluation
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Relationship management skills and active listening
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of various IT systems
  • In-depth understanding of risk management within the supply chain of the company
  • Attention to detail


Hours: 37 per week

Monday – Thursday 08.30am – 16.30pm & Fridays 08.30am-16 pm
