You will support our Materials Planning and Delivery teams by providing vital administrative assistance, data analysis, and reporting. You'll aid decision-making, cover team absences, and contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you be doing?

You will collaborate cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues, support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, and document new requirements for system and process development. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis of critical metrics to aid decision-making, training in various team roles, and supporting the development of processes, functionality, and improvements.

  • Participate in projects to support documentation and associated ways of working.
  • Produce management reports and information on materials planning and delivery activities.
  • Support customer service activities and manage third-party relationships (e.g., customers and suppliers).
  • Develop and maintain meeting inputs and outputs, including minutes and agendas.
