Supplier Management Specialist: Ageas UK is seeking a Supplier Management Specialist to help play a key role in helping us enhance and strengthen our approach to third-party risk and supplier performance.

Supplier Management Specialist: Ageas UK is seeking a Supplier Management Specialist to help play a key role in helping us enhance and strengthen our approach to third-party risk and supplier performance.
Main Responsibilities as Supplier Management Specialist:
- Refine and clarify the roles and responsibilities across our first, second and third lines of defence inc. building and completing the associated RACI framework.
- Update our current Third Party and Outsourcing Management Policy to include roles and responsibilities, reflecting latest regulatory requirements and aligning with related Group and other associated company policies.
- Develop a suite of standards and procedures to enhance our initial sourcing, onboarding and supplier contract lifecycle stages to support improved supplier management.
- Strengthen the materiality assessment we use to place greater emphasis on impacts to important business services.
- Review and enhance our initial due diligence and ongoing assessments of suppliers, including moving this work from second line to first line of defence.
- Senior supplier management expertise in multinational financial services, with strong UK industry knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of supplier governance, risk frameworks (RACI), policies, and FCA/PRA compliance.
- Proven success scaling supplier oversight across complex business structures post-acquisition.
- Strategic thinker with analytical acumen, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Influential stakeholder engagement with gravitas; skilled in building trusted relationships and navigating resistance.
- MCIPS-qualified with hands-on experience in supplier management methodologies and relevant tooling.
