About The Role

As a Graduate Engineer, you will work within project teams contributing to delivering effective and professional services.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Understanding the project requirements and scope of work,
• Understanding the engineering standards that apply to the project,
• Contributing to the production of technical design information, including calculations, specifications and reports,
• Contributing/supporting the production of 3D models and CAD drawings,
• Applying technical design best practices,
• Ensuring that the design output includes the appropriate risk assessment,
• Ensuring design deliverables meet the required standards of accuracy and quality.
  
  

About You

An experienced professional you'll have sound business development skills and a strong network in the transport sector which is backed up by your excellent technical skills.

To succeed in this position, you'll bring experience such as:

• 1-2 years of experience in some of the technical delivery aspects of Civil & Structural Engineering projects,
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for the production of construction drawings,
• Working knowledge of civil and structural engineering software,
• Working knowledge of MS Office package (minimum Word and Excel),
• Ability to work under tight programs and budget constraints,
• Ability to communicate fluently with other team members,
• Understanding of the CDM Regulations,
• Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or similar.
