What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and turn insights into actionable sales recommendations
- Support marketing and sales with customer, market, and competitor analyses
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests using multiple data sources
- Maintain and manage product and customer data
- Prepare impactful presentations and help with admin tasks
- Offer first-line support for our CRM system and internal salesforce
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme (ideally in economics, business, or a related field)
- Comfortable with Excel and confident interpreting data
- Previous internship or vocational training experience preferred – ideally in the consumer goods industry
- Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented with a structured work style
- Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Remote-first working setup, with occasional travel to our Borehamwood, Hertfordshire office when required
- Hands-on experience in an international consumer goods company
