You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?
You'll work as part of a team undertaking highway repairs.
The role will involve task such as, footways & drainage repairs and upgrades, installation or replacement of highways structures such as bridges & culverts, brick/stone work repairs, vegetation clearance.
You'll use technology (tablets/apps) to input safety data and maintenance records.
You'll drive/operate plant and equipment where trained, necessary for the for the day to day tasks set.
We'll ask you to take responsibility for vehicles, plant and materials in your charge.
Where appropriate you'll provide direction/supervision of the work to less experienced operatives.
Well ask you to undertake winter and emergency maintenance out of hours activities on a standby rota.
