That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Although this is a remote position, regular and ongoing travel to partner sites in London is essential. We anticipate travel requirements of up to 50%. As a result, candidates must be based in London or within a reasonable commuting distance to ensure regular travel to partner sites is feasible.
