Premier Engineering is working with a leading company in Maidenhead that is looking for aStorespersonto join their team. This role is perfect for an organized and proactive individual with warehouse experience and a valid forklift license.
TheStorespersonwill Ideally Have The Following Attributes
: Previous experience in a warehouse or stores role.
: Avalid standard forklift licenseis essential.
: Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
: Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
: Proficiency in using inventory management systems or related software.
: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
: Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
: Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and suppliers.
TheStorespersonrole Will Involve
: Managing and organizing stock within the warehouse to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
: Operating a forklift to load, unload, and move goods safely.
: Conducting regular stock checks and updating inventory records.
: Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the relevant departments.
: Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
: Assisting with stock control, including reordering items as needed.
: Collaborating with the purchasing and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
