We are looking for a talented and dynamic Store Supervisor (part-time 32h) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Provide a personalized customer experience by selecting a range of products and offering expert styling advice.
  • Suggest appropriate additional items to enhance customer purchases.
  • Involvement in merchandising to maintain attractive visual displays.
  • Manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Assist in processing deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their best performance.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial processes.
  • Strive to maximize store performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
  • Ensure customers receive top-quality service to foster customer loyalty and create a positive shopping experience.


As a key holder, the Store Supervisor will:

  • Be responsible for opening and closing the store.
  • Handle operational procedures, including supervising cleaning staff and setting alarms.
  • Keep the store's entry area clean and organized.


Ideal Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years in fashion retail as a Store Supervisor.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
