For this role the expected salary is £30,000 - £40,000 per year. Please note this role requires a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Greater Picture: At Nobia, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. You will be based in one of our Magnet showrooms, working closely as part of a fast paced, sales driven and motivated team. You will be an asset to the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on exciting projects.

As a Store Service Manager growth will be a priority and will be achieved by supporting driving process, looking at cost efficiencies and applying an ethos of accuracy and compliance. You will assist the team by been involved in any change initiatives, ongoing projects, coaching and supporting both new and existing colleagues, regarding training and development throughout the customer journey. You’ll also work closely with all our customers, delivering amazing customer service and dealing with any of the issues they might have effectively.

As a Store Service Manager we are looking for an individual who is customer focused and always willing to go the extra mile. Also to be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following attributes:

  • Customer service and a personable manner
  • The ability to demonstrate great leadership skills in order to manage and develop the team to their full potential
  • Sales motivated and confident working towards targets
  • Experience with building great working relationships across teams
  • Being proactive around the market trends and competitors
  • Flexibility around working hours
  • A full UK driving license
