Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Stock Supervisor (Nights), to join our team in Avonmouth, supporting one of our new business wins! As a Stock Supervisor, you will manage the allocation of work, controlling headcount and overtime budgets ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are met while creating and maintaining a positive team culture and spirit.
This is a full time, permanent positions, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 18:00 – 06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £39,100.00 per annum and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Produce customer and site reports while investigating and take action to maintain SLA’s
- Promote flexibility through skills training and personal development
- Investigate and complete adjustments to correct any errors
- Problem planet investigations
- Previous experience in WMS (Red Prairie/DLX) is desirable however, full training will be given
- Ability to work individually under your own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
