We're looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join our in-house team and help us ensure our 35,000 homes across the Midlands remain safe, high-quality and places where people choose to live. This is a part-time role, working 21 hours across 3 days per week (Monday to Friday). We're flexible on which days you work and will agree a pattern at assessment stage that works for both you and us.

As a Stock Condition Surveyor you'll:
- Visit tenants homes and carry out stock condition surveys and EPCs.
- Collect accurate information and provide detailed reports that inform compliance, improvements and long-term investment.
- Ensure our homes meet safety and compliance standards.
- Build positive, professional relationships with tenants and provide a respectful service when visiting their homes.
- Support effective performance of contractors to ensure a quality service is delivered.
Our ideal candidate?
- You'll have demonstrable experience of delivering key building surveys, including stock condition and EPCs, accompanied by excellent knowledge of quality standards and building regulations
- A relevant technical qualification e.g. CIOH, RICS, HND, CIOB in addition to practical surveying experience is preferred, but not essential.
- You'll have demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, interacting with a variety of people from all walks of life.
- Practical IT skills across a variety of programmes including Asset Management systems.
