My client is a large facilities and maintenance company who operates in various sectors across the commercial sector. They are currently looking for a number of experienced maintenance electricians to join an established team on a static site in Middlesbrough. This role is full time, permanent with 37.5 hours per week, a mixture of shifts between hours of 7am : 7pm or 7pm : 7am and 4 on 3 off.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  
  

Applicants For The Role Must Possess The Following

• Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, AM 2).
• 18th edition
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
• Strong problem:solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 2391 Test and inspection : highly desirable
• Must be able to obtain DBS before joining the job
