What you’ll do:
- Define and analyze Operational Design Domains (ODDs) for autonomous driving across multiple regions.
- Identify ODD boundaries, edge conditions, and failure triggers for safe system design.
- Build and maintain a taxonomy of behavioural competencies required for safe driving.
- Quantify and prioritize ODD parameters and competencies to guide data collection.

- Analyze local traffic laws, driving behaviours, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, safety, data engineering, simulation, and product teams.
- Provide insights to scenario library development, synthetic data generation, and test case prioritization.
- Use statistical models to identify data gaps impacting Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
- Guide teams on additional data needed to achieve MTBF targets in each ODD.
Your superpowers:
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, transportation analysis, data science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with traffic system modeling, AV/ADAS technologies, or urban mobility analysis.
- Familiarity with traffic regulations and human driving behaviours across regions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, SQL, GIS, Jupyter).
- Ability to visualize ODD and scenario coverage metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an execution-focused mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
Why join us?
- Be part of a cutting-edge company pioneering autonomous driving technology.
- Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Hybrid working model offering flexibility.
- Opportunity to shape the future of transportation with advanced data strategies.
- Access to continuous learning and development opportunities.
