The Sr. Manager, Commercial AI Business Process will play a critical role in driving the adoption and success of AI initiatives within our individual operating companies. This person will be a change agent, building relationships and driving value throughout the company. The AI Program Leader will work closely with the central AI leadership team and the AI Commercial Business Leader to ensure AI use cases are effectively deployed and deliver incremental revenue for the business..

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the implementation and execution of AI use cases within commercial sales and marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and support for AI initiatives.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams and manage projects to ensure timely and successful AI deployment.
  • Measure the impact of AI initiatives, focusing on incremental revenue and business value.
  • Act as the key liaison between the operating company and central AI leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of combined experience in commercial sales, marketing, or digital roles, with exposure to AI/ML or data-driven initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing and implementing AI/ML or data science projects in a commercial environment.
  • Proficiency with data management platforms, AI/ML technologies, and marketing technology systems (e.g., CDPs, CRMs).
  • Industry experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within life sciences, technology, or similar sectors.

The salary range $160,000 - $175,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
