Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Complaints Coordinator to manage our complex complaints system. This role is critical to ensuring timely and effective resolution of complaints related to our products, which is essential for maintaining safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the complaints inbox, ensuring all complaints are logged within one day of receipt.
• Ensure that all complaints are reviewed and approved within the timelines specified in our procedures.
• Coordinate with CMOs to ensure investigations are conducted and completed promptly.
• Finalise all complaint investigations and prepare comprehensive investigation summary reports.
• Communicate investigation outcomes to complainants in a clear and timely manner.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently after training and adapt to a complex system.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  
  

Training

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training on their complaints system. It is expected that this training period will take some time, as the system is complex and requires thorough understanding to manage independently.

This role is crucial for assessing issues encountered by patients using their products. In extreme cases, timely and accurate handling of complaints can prevent product recalls, underscoring the importance of adhering to strict timelines.
