What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
• Bringing your creativity to daily specials and menu development
• Keeping high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Helping train and inspire junior chefs

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
• A genuine love of food and hospitality
• Great leadership and communication skills
• A cool head and a can-do attitude
