The Role

Supporting the Sourcing and Production teams to ensure all systems are accurately and efficiently maintained for our global range, capturing any changes throughout the product lifecycle. Working with key stakeholders and Superdry regional offices to support the end-to-end process of salesman samples from ordering through to invoicing, as well as managing the data required for product labelling. Working supplier to provide seasonal samples and costings.

You Will

  • Set up supplier allocation, styles, and colourways accurately and ensure data is aligned across all systems.
  • Supporting in providing key data such as margin, cost variation & target margin calculations for the business through target setting and tender process.
  • Supporting sourcing team in reviewing low margin categories/styles for the business to help facilitate decisions during range sign off.
  • Preparing Purchase Order Report for the Central Purchasing and Sourcing team to ensure the agreed cost prices match with all systems and PO’s.
  • Tracking/sending samples and fabrics for costing/resourcing/development purposes.
  • Raise cost/sample requests for new and existing styles for cross-costing/sourcing/re-sourcing purposes.
  • Working on special projects as required to support a fast-paced, growing business.
  • Follow up new supplier applications, assist with onboarding/setting up new suppliers and arrange supplier inductions/reviews.
  • Effectively communicating with the suppliers to ensure all necessary data is delivered for production and in line with the business CP.
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to support the global range selection process.
  • Assist in collating and recording of costing and fabric composition details, ensuring all information is chased in for key meetings and in line with business deadlines.
  • Undertake basic research, data analysis and reporting of trends.
  • Work closely and effectively with our Production, Design, CST, Garment Technology, Retail, Central Purchasing, Logistics, Sustainability and Ethical teams.
  • Grow and maintain strong working relationships with relevant departments and suppliers.

  • Degree level or equivalent experience, with excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Ideally intermediate level in Excel or above
