Geldards LLP

City: Cardiff
Contract type: Contractor
Applications are now welcome for our graduate programme. We are searching for bright and enthusiastic applicants to join our new open and collaborative Cardiff office from 2027.
The quality and size of our client base means that employees of all levels at Geldards work on a wide range of cases and can therefore build expertise in many areas of the law.
At Geldards you will work on live cases with real life clients, we give you responsibility and support from day one, allowing you to challenge yourself and thrive on the opportunities made available for you. With the fantastic support of the team around you, and alongside HR and L&D support, we work with you to discuss developments, needs and opportunities for support that may be available.
For our teams we look for talented, passionate individuals who bring their whole selves to work and who show potential to be future business leaders (we’re not looking for “cookie cutter” lawyers!). We are looking for applicants with a passion for Law, to work alongside likeminded teams. We understand that Law isn’t easy, therefore we provide training and support throughout your career alongside a variety of wellbeing initiatives and social and charity events.
You will have the opportunity to work in one of “The Times 200 best Law Firms” where you will be working with leaders and experts in their fields. Due to our commitment to ensuring that community is at the heart of everything we do, you will be collaborating with people who are immersed in the community around them. You’ll have the opportunity to challenge yourself with a variety of out of work activities that we take part in.
To apply to this opportunity, you must have already completed or be on track to complete your LPC/SQE 1 before September 2027.
