National Technology is an internal service team at RSM UK whose purpose is to deliver and manage the technology solutions to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans as well as day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a national IT department within a large, technologically advanced financial services firm. As a Mid-Level Software Developer, you'll be involved in varied and challenging projects, collaborating across teams. You'll work alongside experienced and knowledgeable colleagues, leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies.
The Software Team is responsible for developing web applications across the firm. We are organised into project teams ranging from developing bespoke, ad-hoc applications to large, enterprise solutions. We encourage fluidity, meaning you'll work on a wide variety of different projects that will challenge and stretch you, ultimately furthering your career.
You'll be an integral part of our collaborative environment, contributing your expertise to deliver outstanding IT solutions and systems. We value your opinions and actively encourage you to speak up and share your thoughts and ideas. You'll have access to the latest versions of our tools, including Windows, SQL Server, and Visual Studio/JetBrains Rider. We also support continuous professional development with various courses available to expand your skillset.

- Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) (we use EF Core)
- Client-Side Technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, TypeScript)
- Front-End Framework (we use React)
- MSSQL Server
- Experience with Agile methodologies is essential as we use them to manage our many and varied projects.
