Amazon
Date: 8 hours ago
City: London
Contract type: Full time

Description
At Amazon Ads, we’re transforming how brands and customers connect—using technology, creativity, and intelligence at scale. From global retailers to emerging startups, advertisers trust Amazon to help them reach the right audiences with meaningful, high-quality experiences. Within this space, the CreativeX organization is focused on revolutionizing ad quality through automation, computer vision, and large-scale AI.
We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in building the next-generation Creative Judge systems—AI-powered tools that identify, score, and correct issues in advertiser and generative creative content. These systems are critical to ensuring ad experiences are both effective for advertisers and delightful for customers.
You’ll work alongside applied scientists and engineers to bridge the gap between bleeding-edge AI research and production-ready systems. You’ll own highly extensible services that power scalable, high-precision, low-latency detections—leveraging everything from LLMs to 1P/3P ML models to modern computer vision libraries. Your work will have a direct impact on advertiser performance, customer trust, and business revenue.
If you’re passionate about solving real-world problems with intelligent systems, and want to influence how Amazon scales high-quality ad experiences globally, this is where you belong.
Key job responsibilities
You’ll join a high-performance, agile team in a collaborative environment where your contributions have immediate, visible impact.
A Typical Day Might Include
We are the Creative Judge team, building the standard for ad quality at Amazon. Our platform powers defect detection, aesthetic scoring, and spec compliance across the business—at scale. We work with everything from LLMs and first-/third-party AI models to custom computer vision pipelines, all unified by a single focus: high precision and low latency.
Our mission is to empower every creative and developer to deliver their best work—unlimited by tooling or capacity. As part of our team, you’ll build extensible, future-ready systems that support global campaigns for the world’s most iconic brands. Innovation here isn’t optional—it’s expected.
