You’ll lead a dynamic team, craft compelling content, and build the personal brands of our leadership—all while working remotely with a salary of £35k.

What You’ll Do:

As the Social Media Manager at Apply4U, you will be the digital face of our brand, managing and growing our social presence while aligning with our ambitious goals. Your main focus will be on LinkedIn, the key channel for our brand and leadership team, ensuring consistent, engaging, and strategic content delivery.

- Develop & Execute Social Media Strategies

Craft and implement monthly and quarterly social media plans aligned with our marketing objectives and upcoming AI launch.

- Content Creation & Curation

Create engaging posts, infographics, and videos tailored for LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring content resonates with our audience and builds Apply4U’s brand as a thought leader.

- Team Management

Lead a small but mighty team of 4 social media executives, setting clear goals and ensuring consistent output that aligns with our overarching strategy.

- Build Personal Brands for Leadership

Strategically enhance the LinkedIn presence of Apply4U’s leadership team by crafting impactful posts, engaging with their networks, and promoting thought leadership content.

- Monitor, Engage, & Report

Keep a pulse on our social performance using analytics tools, deliver monthly reports, and use insights to refine strategies.

- Trend Spotting & Innovation

Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes to ensure we remain innovative and impactful.

- Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with the marketing, product development, and AI teams to amplify key initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging.

You’re a creative visionary and data-driven strategist who thrives on turning ideas into impact. Here’s what will make you a standout candidate:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

- Ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver visual storytelling.

- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing small teams.

- Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

- Passion for innovation and technology, especially in recruitment and AI.

- Analytical mindset to track and report on social media KPIs.
