Social Media Manager


We are currently looking for a talented Social Media Manager, to be responsible for developing, guiding, and monitoring the Crown portfolio of brands across multiple social media platforms. Your day-to-day role will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, project management, KIP setting, performance analysis and reporting of native and paid content, overseeing community management and content creation to deliver against defined KPI’s.



What you can expect


Social Strategy

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms that effectively meet marketing and business objectives. Across all brands Crown Trade, Crown Retail, Sadolin, Sandtex, Sadolin, Crown Decorating Centres for the UK and Ireland.
  • Inclusive of organic, paid and influencer strategies.


Social Evaluation

  • Setting KPIs, tracking performance and reporting, optimising content to continuously improve. (Weekly monitoring of performance, monthly reporting)
  • Reviewing effectiveness and identifying opportunities to drive deeper engagement with audiences.


Social Implementation

  • Curating organic social schedules and the planning of content in collaboration with Brand Managers. Oversee the production and scheduling of all content with the support of a Social Media Coordinator (Assistant/Exec)
  • Working alongside E-Comm Manager and Brand Comms Manager to manage social paid activity with agency. Reporting on performance and optimising content
  • Monitoring Social trends competitor activity and social listening to feed into future content.
  • Ownership of Social Media management tools (Falcon, Pixlee)



Required skills, experience and qualifications:


  • Deep demonstrable knowledge of the following platforms and their integrated insight tools: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. Reddit and Discord a nice to have.
  • Experienced in managing multi brand platforms across social media channels.
  • Experienced setting up reporting upon social analytics with recommendations.
  • An ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of the English language
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively
