About The Role

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and ambitious Social Media Manager to join our hardworking marketing team at Mars The Label. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that elevate our brand presence across all digital channels. Your primary focus will be on managing content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to ensure our social media efforts align with the company's overall marketing objectives. Working closely with the Brand Manager and Marketing Director, you will lead the day-to-day social media activities, from campaign ideation to execution and reporting. Your innovative approach and strategic mindset will be instrumental in increasing brand visibility, fostering community loyalty, and driving growth in both existing and new markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence our digital storytelling and stay ahead of emerging trends, ensuring Mars The Label remains at the forefront of the fashion industry’s digital landscape.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a social media management role, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing large social communities with measurable engagement results.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
  • Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and brand communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Later, Planoly, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
  • Experience managing social media budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution, including content shoots and campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
  • Manage and schedule content across all social platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and tone.
  • Create detailed social media calendars supporting campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments.
  • Lead the creative process, from briefing to shoot coordination, ensuring engaging and on-brand content creation.
  • Organize and oversee content shoots with the content team to produce high-quality social media content.
  • Manage monthly social media budgets to maximize results and optimize spend across channels.
  • Engage actively with the online community, respond to followers, and foster authentic relationships to support brand advocacy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the senior marketing team and paid media agency to align organic and paid social strategies for optimal reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with Merchandising to ensure seamless integration of product launches and restocks into social content.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and innovative content formats to keep the brand at the forefront of digital culture.
  • Work closely with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Implement A/B testing for creative formats, captions, and posting strategies to refine performance continually.
  • Translate the Founder’s creative vision into strategic social media initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
