- Explore and develop our presence on emerging platforms
- Coordinate and deliver photoshoots to required briefs
- Active contribution to wider team’s delivery of projects and campaigns

This role touches all aspects of our small business, including our production team, venues, pub and retail customers. We’re looking for someone with skill & interest in social media, but who also demonstrates great care for their work, the team and community around them. You’ll bring enthusiasm and energy to projects, a can-do attitude and you’ll be willing to jump in to help out wherever needed. You’ll thrive on collaborating with colleagues around the business and bringing new ideas to life.
You’ll also need:
- Experience working on brand social media accounts
- Proven understanding of how to engage and grow communities
- An eye for design with care and attention to detail
- Ability to write snappy, engaging caption copy to tone-of-voice
- Experience creating and editing short form video
- Additional photography & design (Abobe/Canva) skills would stand you out
- Valid UK driving license is beneficial to reach the brewery, venues and events
Key information:
- Salary in the region of £28,000-33,000 depending on experience (we consider this a mid/junior role but will consider mid/senior applications with additional responsibilities)
- Full time position with some evenings and weekends when required
- Some flexibility possible, but presence on-location is important to the role
- Generous staff discount of 50% off Siren Craft Brew, Siren Tap Yard and George & Dragon Country Pub
- Samples of all new beer releases & free coffee in venues
- Employee assistance programme to help you deal with whatever life wellbeing, legal and financial advice from Hospitality Action
