Equans is looking for x2 Site Supervisors to join our team in Leeds, Bowling Green Terrace on a permanent basis.

This is a full time role overseeing the planned works we service for Leeds Council. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Assist with the execution and completion of the Contract works or part there of in accordance with the agreed plan and program
  • Read and understand Specification, Drawings, Preliminaries, Preambles and Contract Documentation
  • Monitor orders and deliveries to ensure that all materials are available when required in conjunction with the Site Manager
  • Agree with Senior Site staff the long- and short-term objectives for site progress, and progress recorded on standard company records
  • To achieve the target contributions in accordance with the contract documents and programme, to the full satisfaction of the Client and their representatives
  • Supervise works being carried out on sites by directly employed labour, subcontractors, or a combination of both
  • As required, you will be expected to be in a working capacity directly involved in the repair, refurbishment, maintenance or building of properties in which our projects are involved. To manage and work alongside Trades

Who are we looking for?

  • Ability to competently operate MS office (Word & Excel)
  • Current and valid UK driving license
  • Previous Site Supervisor experience
  • Previous trades / labour experience
  • Understanding of local government construction (refurb / New Build) projects
