Are you an Experienced Site Supervisor within the Waste Industry? Passionate about recycling and a born leader?
Blue Arrow are currently looking for a Site Supervisor for an established waste management company.
Temp to Perm for the right fit.
Pay Rate: £15-£16 based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday- 7am-5pm
Location: Swadlincote DE11

What will I be doing? (not limited to)
- Supervisor will be responsible to ensure efficient deployment of their team.
- Liaising well with the site manager to organise drivers and loads coming in and out of the yard.
- Ensuring that all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate a passion for recycling coupled with strong communication skills.
- Experience within Waste management is essential!
- Beneficial to have Class 2 Licence.
