Job Title - Site Services Manager
Based - Ashford, TN24 0LU
Salary - £60,000 per annum circa dependant on experience
As our next Site Services Manager, you are practical, analytical, have a logical thought process and have the ability to deal with multiple priorities. You thrive on ensuring compliance, possess strong communication skills and are self-motivated with the ability to act with pace and prioritise workload.
Your remit would be to maintain site services and infrastructure on site to comply with Statutory Requirements Premiers Group Standards. You are passionate to drive the reduction of utility consumption, working with various departments across the entire factory.

The Key Requirements...
- HNC/degree standard of education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Building Services
- Strong leadership and technical skills with the ability to drive change
- Good project management skills with detailed knowledge of Health & Safety
- Effective management of contractor services.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in food or allied industry with at least 5 years in a supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience of the following technical areas:
- Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres (DSEAR / ATEX)
- Electrical Maintenance (BS 7671)
- Pressure Systems (PSSR)
- Boiler Management (BOAS)
- Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER)
- Legionella (L8)
- LEV & Refrigeration Systems
- Effluent Plant Systems
- Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER)
