We are seeking an experienced and driven person to join our organization. As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at SoSafe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cybersecurity platform.

You will collaborate closely with our development, operations, and security teams to design, implement, and maintain robust systems and infrastructure.

Your mission


  • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure components to assist our cybersecurity platform fully running on AWS and EKS.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for timely incident detection and resolution into Datadog and JIRA Incident Management.
  • Automate deployment and configuration processes using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and reliability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement preventative measures using Jira Incident management and post-mortems.
  • Improve infrastructure and processes to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and reply to incidents promptly using OpsGenie.


Your profile


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role with AWS cloud platform.
  • Experience in scripting (Python, Bash) and programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, deployment, and management, including experience with scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters using ArgoCD and Datadog.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK stack, Datadog).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like github action or gitlab-ci.
  • Excellent problem-solving background and knowledge of how to troubleshoot complicated issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong comprehension of networking principles and security best practices.
